Update on Utility Undergrounding Project

At the July 15^th City Council Meeting, the City Council will receive an update on the progress of three Utility Undergrounding Districts (UUDs) that will relocate overhead utility lines underground to improve public safety, enhance utility reliability, and preserve Solana Beach's coastal character. The agenda item will also consider approving a professional services agreement to support the next phase of the assessment process for the Pacific Avenue Phase II and Glenmont/Mar Vista/Marview districts as these projects continue moving toward construction. Residents are encouraged to attend the meeting to receive a more detailed project update and learn about upcoming milestones.
